Streamlined Process
Projects created in the Design Center can be printed with or downloaded to the agent's individual computer, but they may also be sent directly to one of two preferred copy centers for printing and mailing!A new web-based product, the Design Center is free for all RE/MAX of Cedar Rapids Associates and available twenty-four hours a day. It houses high impact sales and marketing pieces that look very professional. Agents can create custom material to meet their specific needs, from brochures to newsletters to flyers. The Design Center even allows for the creation of animations that can be used online! Completed projects can be printed on a personal printer, sent to a professional printer, emailed to clients, or posted on an agent website.
Our regional intranet also gives agents access to a wide catalog of images and graphics for use in their own marketing materials.

In an effort provide low-cost training to a broader number of associates, RE/MAX created the innovative RE/MAX Satellite Network (RSN). Each month RSN provides over 60 hours of educational and motivational programming to offices via satellite. These courses allow associates to keep their knowledge current without the time and expense of travel. RE/MAX of Cedar Rapids has wholeheartedly embraced this new technology, and became the first RE/MAX region to provide RSN feeds and hardware to each and every office in the region.
